We have this coming Friday (just a couple of slots left)
then we have Sunday and then Easter portraiture for this year is all done !
I know, I know where is that Saturday
we have already done two full Saturday's and this coming Saturday we are at the Holiday in Dixie Military Bal, so no Easter sessions this Saturday This Friday and Sunday are all that is left

Holiday in Dixie is very much a working "gig"
It is the celebration of the start of Spring and all that that brings to the Ark-La-Tex
Including the Barksdale Air Force Base Air Show
The Holiday in Dixie Military Bal is a grand occasion where we are privileged to photograph men and women of the united states Military and their spouses and get paid to do so.
As retired military members (both my wife and I) we are indeed honored to work this event.

so no rest then. It does sound like a great event. I agree it's an honor to do this shoot. I don't think many people "get" the sacrifice a whole family makes when a person from that family agrees to serve their country in this capacity. I hope the event goes well and you and your wife have a wonderful time. You mentioned you both are retired military. Thank you to both of you for your contribution to making this the greatest country in the world to live in. It is greatly appreciated.
